D-Lux New World Karate is an excellent karate school. Sensei Lux is a very talented and dedicated
instructor who makes class fun for my little girl, while learning important skills about self-defense,
respect, focus, and safety. My daughter is 5 and has been at D-Lux New World for one year. She
already loves competing in tournaments and is winning trophies! Classes and tournaments have
helped her build confidence, independence, and self-esteem. She appears comfortable getting up in
front of people and is learning how to win and lose and support her friends at tournaments. Sensei Lux
devotes much time to his karate school and gives back to the community in many ways. The facility is
kept clean and is centrally located. We pass other karate schools on the way to D-Lux, because

learned so much. Not only has it taught them discipline and self defense, they also have fun.
Competing in tournaments is one aspect that my kids love. My daughter Alex, 9 years-old competed in
her first tournament in January 2009 after only 2 months of training and placed 4th in sparring. My son
Cameron, 7 years-old placed 2nd in the same tournament in both forms and sparring after only 3
months of training. My daughter McKenna, 5 years-old will compete in May in her first tournament, she
is so excited. Adam Lux, owner and instructor is great with the kids. His prices are reasonable and
cheaper than other schools in the area, making it affordable for all three of my children to do
