Here’s what we offer:

• Our Krav Maga (created by the famous Israeli Special Forces) program gives you the ultimate defensive skills you can use in the real world. These skills will help you to develop your ability to protect yourself and your family from common criminal attacks.
• Our Muay Thai Kickboxing classes will take your striking skills (such as elbows, knees, punching and kicking) to a level you didn’t know you could attain. This training replicates that which many UFC fighters use to get in shape.
• Our Submission Grappling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program will give you the skills to enhance your ground or floor game either for your own self-defense or for use in competitions. It’s up to you how you use your newly gained skills.
